These are just some of Splinter's basic combos. Unlike some characters, splinter's combo game isn't really exceptional as he's more based on spacing aerials and chipping damage. His aerial game, specifically a late aerial, can lead well into many of these. "Aerial" indicates a standard aerial with no input.
