Monster Hunter Tri Weekly Team-Up!

That's right, guys. I'm willing to play Monster Hunter Tri online now. But only with people I trust. And that includes everyone here! I'm VERY wary of online games with voice chat, ever since Halo... >.>

But anyways! I'm thinking I'm gonna have a weekly team-up online thingy. I was thinking the weekend, since thats when most of ya'll are able to play. Maybe... 3-4ish pm EST? On Saturday?

How does that sound?

Also, I'm aware that there's already an MH3 online thread here. But I assumed that this is an 'event' of sorts that I'm gonna host, that I could start a new thread about it. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm pretty much a baby in Monster Hunter. I have no idea when to attack, when to upgrade my attire, where certain monsters are, and how many items are necessary. /slowpoke

I've almost never played online. So my HR is non-existent. Never finished a single quest online, actually. Tried with Denny once, but lost connection. I'm at the 3-star missions offline, though. And I'm growing quite fond of switch-axes and bowguns. :3

And CTK, I usually attack whenever there's an opening. Which is usually -right- after an attack (dont take that too seriously, though; I havnt faced even the Lagiacrus yet). I upgrade simply whenever I want to. I only know where the monsters are in the first area. And how many items you need, and what items, is purely based on what kinda quest you're doing, if you're free-hunting, or whatever you're doing.

Basically, play enough, and you'll learn
Not sayin' I'm a pro, though. I'm far from it.

Also, I was thinking of using teamspeak for it. What about you guys? I kinda wanna get this going next Saturday. What times would be good for you two?

Alrighty, guys. Since I got bored of my other games, along with me being anxious to play with ya'll... I decided to open it up five minutes early. The time isn't changed because of this, we're still gonna team up and do missions at exactly 3 PM, unless everyone arrives early.

Team-Speak is also up and running, but I'm not going to have my mic plugged into it. I'll be typing, though.

The server is Valor3, under the 'Open' category. And we'll be at CityGate5, in City5.

So... Open -> Valor3 -> CityGate5 -> City5.

Next Hunt is next Saturday, September 17th, at 3:00pm EST.
Like this time, I'll post what server and the such at 2:30pm EST.

Next week, we plan on finally capturing the Royal Ludroth, since he escaped our clutches today.
We'll probably be hunting more Great Jaggi and Qurupecko, as well. May go gathering mushrooms, too, if you guys dont mind.
